Keshi pearl – is a kind of irregular natural freshwater cultured pearls which formed in the farm. Koi fish is known as the “living jewels” among all kinds of cultured fishes . They are dark in color and have shiny scales, something that we find hard to resist. Naturally over time our koi scales get weakened and in certain specific locations sometimes it breaks, thus forming a concavity. When filled with algae, this concavity creates a perfect environment for pearls that get formed over a period of 20 – 50 years.
